How long does each boot camp run for?

Each camp runs for 4 weeks with 2 sessions being held each week (MON 6AM & FRI 6:30PM - 8 SESSIONS PER MONTH).

Can i try out the bootcamp before i agree to purchase?

Yes we offer 1 free trial session to all interested bootcampers, just contact Dave or Dan to arrange a session (find details on contact information page)

How long is each session and what does it involve?

Each bootcamp lasts for 1 hour, a typical session would involve a group warm up run around the park and a group bodyweight circuit before 2 teams are seperated to go through Dave and Dan's bootcamp challenges. 

 

Do i need to be super fit?

No -  our sessions are designed for individuals of all abilities, everyone trains together, motivates each other and finish together. Instructors and members are a friendly group and new faces are always welcome to our bootcamps. 

How do i pay?

We offer 2 payment options that include

- PAYG at £6 per session: PAYG members can pay via cash at the start of each bootcamp

- MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP (unlimited sessions per month) at £40 per month: Contact Dave or dan to set up a monthly direct debit and take advantage of the best value membership option. Memeberships will be valid as soon as payment has been accepted. 

Can i cancel at anytime?

Yes - We aim to give you the best outdoor fitness sessions at the best value but if you do need to cancel our memberships are rolling monthly contracts so you can cancel whenever you want, just contact Dave or Dan and they will sort that out for you. 

Is camp ever cancelled due to weather?

DDT Bootcamp aims to carry on through all conditions unless it is unsafe to do so. Our trainers will always be present and ready to greet you with a big smile at each bootcamp so prepare yourself to train through rain, sleet and snow!
