David is a motivational and experienced personal trainer and fitness instructor who has succesfully transformed the bodies and lives of many clients he had trained before through advice and guidance on diet, exercise and lifestyle choices. David is from a boxing background, with succesful experience winning national and regional boxing titles, he has trained with a variety of different clients from professional athletes preparing for competitions to couples preparing for weddings. 'Improvement' is the philosopy behind his training and he ensures clients keep improving through continuous motivation, support and guidance.

Our goal is simple, to bring you the best outdoor fitness sessions and promote the importance of health and fitness within the community. 

DDT is more than just a outdoor fitness bootcamp, it's an experience. Created by experienced personal trainers David and Daniel, DDT offers a dynamic 4 week fitness program designed to help participants improve their fitness, transform their bodyshape and create positive mindsets. Sessions are based on 2 teams competing against each other through a variety of different bootcamp challenges, this creates an extremely motivational and supportive environment as individuals will need to work together and push each other.
